There’s Something On Your Face

Psst…. Chase! I think there’s something on your face. More specifically, that something appears to want to eat your eye….

Uh oh. Ty, something is on your face too! And it almost looks like there’s some blood dripping off it’s teeth (don’t worry – it’s just some nicely placed pizza sauce or frosting, I’m not sure which)…

Hey, Jackson! Did you know there’s a dragon on your face?!

This was, believe it or not, the very first time the boys had their faces painted! We went to a birthday party for another set of triplets and the face painter was there. The boys couldn’t decide on what they wanted, so when their turns finally came all they could do was tell the painter they wanted “something red”, or “something blue”, or “something green”. Helpful, aren’t they?

They enjoyed some pizza and cake, and while I have a better picture of all of three of them sitting and looking my way, this one just cracks me up. Can you guess why? Yep, it’s that chubby pair of legs and the chubby belly with visible belly button in the background! Lily enjoyed the party too – lots of kids came over and tickled her feet and she liked being passed around to the moms who needed a baby fix. I liked that part best because it gave my aching arms a rest!

Um, Chase… why are you eating Jackson’s cake when you have a nearly identical piece in front of you? (Clearly I was too busy taking pictures, because I didn’t even know what he was up to until I looked through these at home.)
