Fishing {Summer Bucket List 2013}

For the second year in a row, we had “Go Fishing” on our Summer Bucket List. Seems to be the only time we take the boys is if it’s on the list, so it’s a good thing we added it again this year! Last year Nick just took the boys, but this year the whole family went. We made it even more fun by stopping at a popular, local donut shop before heading to the lake. Mmmm…. donuts!

As you can see, it was a gorgeous morning! Hoodies in Kansas City, in July?! Usually unheard of! We had an enjoyable morning, and even caught a fish!

Ty reeled in the giant (wink, wink) fish, and was so proud of himself!
