I’m a 32 year old mom of four (triplets born in August ’07 and a baby girl born in January ’11) who has three obsessions: Facebook, Blogging and Photography. If you’d asked me 8 years ago if I’d be obsessed with these in the future I would have given you a “maybe” on the photography (I liked taking pictures but never thought I’d be lucky enough to own a nice camera) and a “no way” or even a “huh?” to Facebook and Blogging. Of course, if you’d asked me 8 years ago if I thought I would have triplets I’d of laughed in your face!

I started a little blog in March of 2007. I was newly pregnant and figured family and the occasional friend “back home” would like to keep up on our growing family. When we found out a few weeks later that I was carrying not 1, but 3 babies the blog started to take off! I love interacting with readers, so I’m glad it took off in the way that it did.

In June of 2011 I took a daring plunge and opened up a portrait photography business. Faces You Love Photography has grown much faster than I anticipated, but I am loving giving people beautiful pictures for them to display in their homes.

Welcome to my life. It’s wild, it’s crazy, it’s full of laughter. Never in my wildest dreams would I have expected to have triplets and love it, to be blogging daily and love that or to be living in the middle of the country and love that! Life is full of surprises, isn’t it? Like finding out you’re having spontaneous, identical triplets – the first set of multiples in the family!

On this blog you’ll find humorous, and sometimes gross, stories about the boys and cute pictures of Lily (she’s too little to do gross things). You’ll sometimes find rants from me about my constant struggle with “getting the baby weight off”. You’ll even find the occasional giveaway! Finally, I hope that you’ll find little bits of inspiration, encouragement and hope after reading about my own life and observations.
